Kadence LLC provides a myriad of services through our Empowerment Tea series. The goal of the Empowerment Tea is to provide a setting where like minded individuals can engage in dialogue and develop targeted plans that will enhance their personal and professional goals. Sister’s Sip:
Intimate tea parties for friends and family. These sessions are an opportunity for women to fellowship with one another and engage in candid conversations. Host topics include: My Sister's Keeper and Rekindle the Bonds of Friendship.

Teabag Squeeze Sessions:
These sessions are designed to guide groups through the process of airing and diffusing conflicts. Participants will leave these sessions with a heightened understanding of group dynamics and methods for mitigating conflict. Clear the air with a Teabag Squeeze session.

Gift from the Bride
These workshops for bridesmaids are formulated with the bride to be. They can be tailored to the needs of the participants.

Hannah’s Faith Workshop
This workshop is based on 1 Samuel 1:1-20. It explores Hannah’s faith and devotion to God. We will discuss the idea of faith and presenting your desires to God. Participants will leave this workshop empowered to move forward with their goals and aspirations firmly rooted in their faith in God’s power and promises.

Esther’s Journey:
Single Women’s Workshop
This workshop is based on Esther 2:8-19. We will discuss the idea of defining one’s purpose and walking in ordered steps towards that end. At the close of this session, women will be empowered to articulate their purpose and map out their pathway towards that goal.

Deb in Me:
Tapping into Your Power
This workshop is based on Judges 4 and the story of Deborah. We will discuss the process of tapping into your own personal strength and power. At the close of this session, you will be able to identify your internal power and begin thinking about how you can use that strength to be an inspiration to others.

Board & Program Development
Mission focused sessions dedicated to formulating a Board of Directors and implementing strong programmatic elements.

Tech Saavy Me Seminars
These seminars are designed to introduce new ways of promoting yourself and business using technology.

Personal Power-Up Sessions:
These sessions provide one on one coaching. The participant will complete this session empowered to move forward with a new initiative or idea.

The mission of Kadence Teen is to empower and prepare young women for their social and academic ideas. Adolescents engage in workshops that include presentations from guest speakers and activities designed to prepare the teens for life beyond high school. Some of these sessions may include mentoring, shadowing and classroom auditing. These services are facilitated by Kadence.

T'Etquette
Kadence offers a 6-week etiquette workshop for students in the 7th-12th grade. Students receive the rudiments of appropriare etiquette techniques, while also building a positive self-concept.

VIP Prom Closet
Every young lady deserves to look incredible at their prom. Kadence can host a prom dress giveaway in your local middle or high school.

Venus Meets Mars
These workshops include components like the Ladies and Gentlemen Quarterly. A breakout session conducted by a gender specific facilitator. The workshop addresses topics that impart young people with the tools to bring their dreams into fruition. During this session, the participants will develop a personal mission statement.
